Our key commitments to you

We promise that we will act fairly and reasonably in all our dealings with you, by meeting all the commitments and standards in this statement. The key commitments are shown below.

Maintaining control

Whilst the majority of our customers gamble within their means for some it can be more difficult. In order to maintain control of your gambling habits we would like you to bear in mind the following points:

  • Gambling should be done in moderation and undertaken as a form of leisure not as a genuine way of making money
  • Avoid chasing losses
  • Only gamble when you can cover the losses
  • Keep track of the time and monitor the amount of money you spend
  • Should you need a break from gambling then use your exclusion options.

  7. Do you find that you need increasing amounts of money to achieve the desired satisfaction?

  8. Do you ever gamble longer than you planned?

  9. Did you ever gamble until you emptied all pockets?

  10. Have you ever relied on others for money lost through gambling?

  11. Did gambling affect your reputation, or jeopardise a significant relationship, career, or educational opportunity?

  12. Do you lie to family members, counsellors, or others to conceal the extent of your gambling?

  Under-age gambling

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble on gaming machines. Allied Games takes its responsibilities in this regard very seriously. Our partners are trained and have the responsibility to carry out age verifications on all patrons.
